We ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout the company's operations by enforcing policies and internal procedures, including:

• A written IP policy in our employee handbook;
• All personnel enter into a confidentiality agreement upon employment;
• Confidentiality procedures and policies are internally reviewed on a regular basis;
• All confidential material is clearly identified and marked.
